While going through some 2002 newspaper articles (am a pack rat) came across one re; Federal Government celebrates 75th birthday of Old Age Pensions. Inset is picture of the first Old Age Pension being presented to recipient W.H. Derby of Port Alberni, B.C. in 1927. Any Derby Family out there interested in this?
