Regarding the the Dixon, Tomlin and Rider marriages, they are all there on the Victoria City Archives website under the applicable section (Marriages - Obituaries). Quite often, it's well-worth also checking Victoria's Archive page as they have listed the reference newspaper articles for some marriages and deaths which were written up in Victoria papers, even though the event may have taken place in Vancouver. Their marriages go up to 1939, so it's another 14 years over and above the BC Archives site, which I believe ends at 1925 for marriages.
