    1. Re: [CAN-BC] BC Vital records - Walter SCOTT - details

    3. Oh, bother! My first thought is that this isn't my Walter SCOTT -because he had a son-in-law who registered his death. But looking at the details again, he could just have had a son-in-law! If Walter's comapnion had been pregnant when they disappeared in about 1905, they could've had a child of 17-18 years of age in 1923. So, yes, please Stella, will you check the Obits for me to see if this is my Walter SCOTT. Many thanks, Ann. ----- Original Message ----- From: Stella Stanger <sstanger@sfu.ca> To: Ann McClean <ann-mcclean@mid-wales.net> Sent: 04 December 2001 6:08 Subject: Re: [CAN-BC] BC Vital records - Walter SCOTT - details > Hi Ann, I checked the death registration for: > > SCOTT, Alice - dcd July 4, 1965 - Burnaby B.C. > Her husband is listed as Michael Sydney Scott > Her Father was Joseph Webster - Her mother not known. > > The registration for Walter SCOTT does not give enough information to > determine whether this is your Walter Scott. > Place of Death: Burnaby. > Name: SCOTT, Walter. > Address: 3874 East Pender Street, Burnaby B.C.] > Sex: Male.
