    3. Hi Nicole, I am posting my Devlin info as some of the names may be the same. My grandmother was: Helen(Nellie) Devlin born 15 September, 1897 in Burnbank,Hamilton,Scotland. Died 26 June 1985 in Kamloops,British Columbia,Canada Immigrated in 1906 to New York, then train to Toronto, then to Saskatchewan and on to B.C. Her siblings were Earl,Harry,Margaret,Olive,Mary,,Dorothy,Jimmy,Johnny, there may be more.(13?) Most of these folks were on Vancouver Island & Vancouver. Harry had an adopted daughter named (we think)Margaret & they lived in Vancouver. Mary married someone named Ellis(that is first name) & they lived in Los Angeles - no children. He worked for the L.A.P.D. Olive died young & mysteriously. She was shot & no one knows why.Her husband was Jack MacEcheran & they had a son who may have been named Stuart - who a few years ago lived on Vancouver Island & may still. Earl Devlin lived in Campbell River & was married & there were children. One of the children died of a heart attack a few years ago. There may be more siblings. This info is what I obtained by asking family - not much is known about Helen's siblings. Nellie's parents were: Father, James Devlin ( was in the Queen's Army & went to India), profession of father - miner, religion - catholic. Mother, Sarah Boyle. I do have census listings that may be Sarah's parents and also info that may be James Devlin's parents. Helen(Nellie)Devlin married my grandfather,Eddie Hughes. Cemetery Finding Aid Does anyone have the BCCFA book and can they do a lookup for me please? I am interested in the DEVLIN family buried at Mountain View Cemetery in Vancouver. BCGS-C-62. I have information and photos of the graves of Edwin Eugene DEVLIN, my great-grandfather; Minnie Maud, my great-grandmother; and buried beside them is Walter DEVLIN (Edwin's brother) and Clarence (Edwin and Minnie Maud's infant son). I would like to discover if the following DEVLIN's burried at Mountain View are related. Hugh John John Darling DEVLIN Margaret DEVLIN - I am particularly interested in finding out if this is the wife of Walter Devlin who died 1931. Martha T.P. Tene Any help would be most appreciated.
