Hi Mary, As the replies to you were off-list I don't know what advice you were given, but if you want to get the Death Reg. don't buy the digital image from the Archives, too expensive. Try RAOGK at http://www.raogk.org/bcolumbia.htm and someone may volunteer to get it for you for the cost of photocopying.
