John. I posted about this a few days back. Unless you are prepared to submit your own written submissions, affidavits, etc. and provide your own legal counsel at your own expense, the answer is that you do not want to be a party to the application. You do, however, want to return the form stating that you do not intend to be a party to it. There is little point in any of us being a party to the Application. Anyone doing so would be involved as an 'intervenor'. The outcome will be determined by the submissions, affidavits and legal arguments put forth by the legal representatives of the Information Commissioner. Whether one person is represented, or 1000, it will make no difference to the outcome of the Application. Happy Hunting. Gordon A. I imagine most of us will say we don't intend to participate. Is my assumption right? John ______________________________
Thanks Gordon. I was watching for any postings on this but missed it again. It must have been in a long post as I never read posting that are over a few sentences.
