Hi Maureen Welcome to the list. If you go to http://www.bcarchives.gov.bc.ca:9000/sn-5782BB4/gbsearch you can search for B.C. BMD records on-line. At the site you will see what years are available. I found the following which MAY be your William BARLOW. You can ask a volunteer at RAOGK: http://www.raogk.org/bcolumbia.htm to get copies of these Registrations for you, usually free or perhaps a photocopying fee. If no luck there try Don Crawfords site at : http://members.shaw.ca/copies/ where for $4.00 CDN or £3.00 GBP he will get it for you as well. I have no interest in Mr. Crawfords business except as a happy customer. The Death registrations usually have a lot of info on them depending on what the informant knew and usually the name of the Funeral Home and where they are buried. You could also try the B.C. Cemetery Finding Aid at http://www.islandnet.com/cgi-bin/ms2/rsd/search Marriage: Groom Name: William Barlow Place Vancouver Reg.
