Price, husband of Norma (Stiles) of Moncton occurred at the Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, August 5th. Born February 12th 1918 in Richibucto, he was the son of the late Everett and Mabel (Barnard) Price. A well respected businessman, he owned and operated Consolidated Supply Wholesale Electronics until his retirement. He had been a member of Mount Royal United Church where he served on the Board of Elders for many years. He was a veteran of the Second World War and served in Chatham with the Royal Canadian Air Force. He was an "old timer" Ham Radio operator having operated ham radios since an early age. In his retirement he has enjoyed the love of his family and the times they have spent together. His pastimes have been gardening, computers, digital photography and woodworking. He is survived by his wife Norma (Stiles) Price, one daughter Paulette Elaine Leidelmeyer (Peter) of Houston Texas; one son Terry Alan (Sheilah) of Okotoks Alberta; five grandchildren (Anthony, Sean, Diana, Adam and Curtis); two great grandchildren (Jordan and Justin); his sister-in-law (Annie Price of Riverview) as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter Linda Joyce Johnson in August 1991 and his brother Claude. By request there will not be any visiting hours prior to a memorial service which will be held on Monday August 11th at 2 pm in Fair Haven Funeral Home Chapel with a reception to follow in the family reception room of the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital or the memorial of the donor's choice.
