I have been trying to explain to her that the GEORGE CAMPBELL BORN IN 1700 that Married ONE MARGARET HAS NOT BEEN PROVEN; WHERE OR IF HIM MARGRET BELONG IN OUR FAMILY, BUT SHE INSISTSTS ON HER WANDERING GOOSE SPIEL AND THERE HAVE BEEN no DESCENDANTS OF <FEORGE & MARGARET CAMPBELL WILLING TO COME FOWASD FOR A <D. N. A. TEST HEY CAMPBELL COUSINS with as many SONS AS GEORGE & MARGARET CAMPBELL HAD SURELY THERE MUST BE A LIVEIF DESCENDANT. PLEASE CONTACT <CUZ AT _atpowelljr@aol.com_ (mailto:atpowelljr@aol.com) Many people who are doing their own Campbell ancestry research have incorrectly listed George and Margaret Campbell, of Rockfish, Amherst County, Virginia as the parents of our own George Campbell, who married Caty. It took us years to finally discover, thanks to Shirley Craft, that George and Elizabeth of Caroline Co VA, and of Essex Co VA, were the parents. You will continue to see many references online, on the internet, about George and Margaret. But so far, we can't find a connection to them. Probably, after dna tests are done, we will find the 2 men were related, but not brothers, maybe cousins? Time will tell. Best regards, Lilly Martin
