I am also researching the Campbell family in Connecticut in the 1700's.. I have received information from Roger Frain who is also in this family. If you have information on either of these, please let know and I will share what I have. To Jean Bunch, My Campbell's were in PA in the late 1700's. I don't know where they were prior to that. In the following Tax Lists the Hull's were from CT and MA. The Rardin's.Reardon/Rairdon and other spellings were from NJ. The families listed here migrated to southern OH and northern KY and were all intermarried.. Good Afternoon, Idono have any information onthe Campbells of Ct. All of the Frain family data that I have, I have already shared with Roger. Now, just one thing, the father of John "George" Frain does NOT NOT go on back to James "Irish Jimmy" Frain. I suspect that the father of John "George" Frain was Jacob and perhaps his mother was Lydia, but on that score, I am not sure. Have not been able to get back into Pa. and Md. to do research again. Our Frains sometimewas spelt Frhn and our Frains spoke high German. Since I am just now getting back on the net, would you happen to have Rogers e-mail address? I would certainly like toi share back and forth with him on leads. Looking forward to hearing from you.
