I have had a brick wall on the Thompson family line it seems forever, We are searching forinformation in Ky. for a George W.Thompson whomarried Esther Thompson, The census records in Warrick Co., Ind.shows that they were born in Ky. There older children were born in Ky,. When Esther devorced George@ 1856, she statedthat Georgewasout of the area and that she had bought the home inWarrick Co., Ind. and paid for it by herself. Since I do not have my records before me, I am guessing that Geoerge was born @ 1800 to 1805 and that Esther was born in 1804. They were probably married around 1826 time frame. I do have the names and birth dates of their children and some of their grand children.if you are interested.
