DNA testing is totally painless..unless you like to eat when you first get up... Or brush your teeth.. Those have to wait till you take the little scrapper or cotton swab and scrape or rub the inside of your mouth (cheek) for a minute or so.. We did two swabs in separate vials (guess to have extra if first didn't work). You don't give blood, don't prick a finger, etc.. Absolutely painless.
