I keep my virus protection up to date and check my puter once a week or more and my virus protection is all way up-dating its self and lets me know when I got something they feel is a virus and then it tells me where it came from and why they think its a virus. I was told a long time again never trust your ISP even AOL and MSN and any ISP as they don't all way catch a virus and so I have two other virus protection's on my puter and both are free. Now one come's with my ISP I have have with my phone company as they are my ISP and so they have one for us that is free. Sometime now we can have to many Virus protections and they conflict with each other and so its best to check to see what they do and if the go with other protection. I have a pop-blocker too that I got when I download windows SP2. I have not got a virus yet knock on wood and I have not got a little note say I had one from from the Campbell members or boards.
