NC He is 'said to have been' at the Surrender of Conwallis, Battle of King's Mountain and Battle of Ramsomer's Mill on 16 Mar 1789 married Sarah McCord (d/o David McCord & Ann Shipley) (recorded in Lincoln Co. NC) 1790 census in Mecklenberg Co. NC Left NC with other McCord families in 1790 & migrated to Boonesboro, Madison Co. KY and in 1810 census Madison Co. KY 1819 moved to Muhlenberg Co. KY and 1820 census Muhlenberg Co. KY living next door to an Alexander Campbell James Campbell d. Aug 1825 Muhlenberg Co. KY. I've been unable to document the parents of this James Campbell. Any guidance greatly appreciated
