Dear Margie, Please, Please, Please continue!!!! I, for one, appreicate the time you are taking, and your kindness, even though you are so busy. Because of the kindness of people like you, we learn alot. Some people choose to be selfish and do not share. It makes them feel powerful. Thank you very much, Shirley in central Jersey
By posting the information we have, we gain a bit of hope that someone will connect with one of these ancestors...and by doing so be able to help us count or discount these people as our own possible ancestors. I would love nothing more than to find a connection between Ellis R. Campbell b 1756 in NJ and Ellis Campbell b 1804 in VA.. If anything, Ellis b 1804 would be a great nephew or grandson. As I go along I will get to Ellis R., who was a son of the already mentioned Dugald & Sarah Bloomfield Campbell family from Somerset/Middlesex counties in NJ.
