We know that Fountain Campbell was born in Nelson County and DNA has shown a close relationship between his descendent and the descendent of Abraham Campbell of Russell County. We just haven't found the paper trail that proves if we are related to the Nelson County Campbell's and I'm not aware of any of the known Nelson County Campbell direct descendents having been tested.     3. Mary, I have another line which has been a brick wall for what seems like forever. Now, would you please post information on how to go about doing a DNA for genealogy purpose.
