Has this site every had a master list of Campbell's and as new subscribers come on their ancestors would have their names added to the list? I for one can't keep the names straight - there are too many of us. Dear Kathryn, I don't think we have a master list, but you could look at the Campbell DNA project website to get a rough idea about which lines, and from where, are being looked at. I can give a LIST of all the earliest known Campbell men in Nelson Co and Amherst Co, VA. who left descendants. I think the best thing to do, it to keep posting your OWN line, names, dates, locations, and hope that other researchers will share something with you, or at least recognise your line, and where you can look for further connections. We should all make a habit of posting our own line of research every few months, in case new people will be reading the list for the first time, and see something.
