Those Thaxton Campbell's are mine. Looking for more current information on this line. Van Thaxton Campbell, b: 1917. Martinelli is my mother's maiden name. The Bernardino-Martinelli's came from Italy and wound up in the San Francisco Area. That history is harder for me to find since most is in Italy. Some combo huh? Christine Campbell Martinelli
I have the same situation. My mother, Mary DeVecchis, whose parents were immigrants from Ascoli Piceno, IT, married Allison Marcel (Buddy) Campbell from Amherst Co., VA. You're right - an interesting combo..... Rosemary-- I am from the Coffey's/Campbell's of Nelson/Amherst County, VA. Would like to know your descendancy and am willing to exchange info. Do you know Allison Marcel' ancestry?? Could you give details of his ancestry so I can see if there is a connection to my Campbell lines?
