Am looking for additional leads on Elexander/Alexander CAMPBELL, b. abt. 1780 Scotland, came to US some time before 1829, m. Ann or Anna Stewart, and had at least 3 children that I know of: William, b. abt. 1814, prob. Delaware Co., NY Henrietta, b. abt. 1819, prob. Delaware Co., NY Catharine, b. 1829, Delaware Co., NY 1820 US Census, Delaware Co., NY has Alexander Campbell in Stamford, only one individual removed from Colin CAMPBELL. In 1855, at the reported age of 75 years, he was living in Horseheads, Chemung Co, NY, in the household of his son, William and William's family. Any bright ideas are most certainly welcome.
