I am very interested in locating a copy of the above history, written and published in 1983 by Jack Hicks Campbell. The couple's gravestone in Boston Mills Cemetery, Chinguacousy Twp, Peel Co, ON, Canada reads John Campbell died Aug 9, 1884 aged 77 years; Margaret Sinclair his wife died Jan 15, 1892 aged 82 years.
