Hello, I am sorry I am not familiar with the exact names you list here, but I can say there was a SALE family in Amherst Co, VA, and their daughter married a Campbell. Is this pure coincidence? I don't know. Joel Campbell b. 1745, d. 4-9-1832, s/o Henry Campbell and Charity of Amherst Co VA. Joel had these kids: Cornelius, Lucy, Wiley, Lewis, Catlett, Mildred/Milly, Stilby/Stilly. The Cornelius above married Nancy Ann Lively, m. 1802 Amherst Co VA. His brother Wiley Campbell married Elizabeth N. Sale m. 11-18-1800 Amherst Co VA Wiley Campbell and Elizabeth N. Sale had a son Lewis Sale Campbell who married Eliza Delany Brown m. 11--18-1835 Albemarle Co VA. Now, it appears this family has Campbell, Delany/Dulaney, and Sale names all combined together, in addition to the first name of Cornelius. So with out any further research, I would say your Cornelius Campbell married to Emily Dulaney, and coming from a mother named Rosey Sale, probably is in some way connected to this line of Henry Campbell and Charity of Amherst Co VA.
