    3. AT, I find this information.......vvveerrrrryy interesting. What I found interesting was the nickname...."Buck" ... I have a great uncle, Allen "Buck" CAMPBELL b. 1790s GA, and until you happened to mention this series of nicknames... no one had managed to figure out...how come this particular nickname. The area was Wilkes Co. GA, but his older two brothers Benejah and Philander...were born in NC. Atleast Benejah the eldest was b. NC. Their suspected area was Johnston, Wake and Cumberland Co.'s NC. The WATKINS family were in the Johnston and Wake Co. NC area. We're still looking....to find this particular group in Carolina's: Charles CAMPBELL, listed as "Senr" on a 1796 GA deed [land bought from son, Levi, and... [witnessed by son, Charles...and... [co-witnessesed by brother to son-in-law 1st wife, Elizabeth BELINDEN or BALANDINE known sons: Charles, unk dob; prob. d. 1819 Morgan Co. GA Levy [Levi, Leni], b. before 1763 d. 22 Jan 1817 Vermilion Parish LA m. Sarah WATKINS known daughter: Laurany [Lorana, Lorane], b. 1770 NC d. AL-MS Territory m. 1st, Benjamin WATKINS, b. VA-d. GA m. 2nd, Sherwood DAVIS, b.NC-d. AL-MS Territory possible daughter: Kissiah [Keziah], b. 1774-1776 1st wife of Moses WATKINS Just wondering if the "Buck" might be a connecting clue........
