Hi: I don't find it so unusual to think goats could clean up the cemetery. We in California have lots of brush on the hills and so they hire a shepherd, with his sheep, to stay on the property as long as it takes for the sheep to clean up the brush. The shepherd and his dog stay on the property night and day. He brings a tent or a little structure to live in.
