In 1851, the following Soberanes owned land in Monterey County: Mariano Soberanes had an assessment of $10,693.00; $500.00 (this listing indicates that Mariano died before 1881); and $21,547.00 (Still living in 1881). Guade Soberanes had an assessment of $7,000.00 (Still living in 1881). Telciano Soberanes had an assessment of $23,880.50 (Still living in 1881).
