Many thanks to each and all of you who so kindly responded to my inquiry regarding Cypress Lawn cemetery, and especially to Dorothy for volunteering to check in Colma. Just FYI - It appears that "Cypress Lawn Cemetery" is definately in Colma, and definately is not in Montery or Santa Cruz counties. No such place there. Several folks kindly responded with information about "long distance burials". Seems many folks lived and died in one place, but were buried in another with no known connection. That was news to me, and seems kinda odd, but, oh well. One person even related that her family lived & died in San Francisco, but is buried in Santa Cruz - the reverse of my situation! thanks again to all of you for the help!
