The SCHADECK/SHADECK family came to the U.S. in the 1880's. As far as I know there were five or more of them. John SCHADECK - settled near Salinas, Calif. Peter SCHADECK - settled in Indiana and then Chicago, Ill. Matthew SCHADECK/SHADECK - Settled in Karthaus, Pennsylvania Susanna (married GEISEN) - Settled in Chicago Kate (married FRANK) Settled in Chicago And more siblings........... If anyone has any SCHADECK/SHADECK's or SIMON's in their family or anyone married to them, please let me know. Also, does anyone know of a Simonville, California off Highway #1 in your county???
