From what I can remember, my grandfather James B. Wimmer, living in Bradley, Monterey Co., in 1940 to about 1965, would always talk about the McGowans as would my Mother and aunt and uncles, but I as a child could not connect the families and could go no information. Now the family is gone. I am trying to get Our Family tree planted for my two Grandsons to be able to follow their family history.
