    2. Mary: The newspapers which covered the Monterey/Pacific Grove area are located in the Monterey Public Library on microfilm. I will be there next week and can look up obits for you. Do you have one for William? As far as Delia, do you have an exact date of death? If not, it will be more difficult. During that time period the newspapers may be weekly, and deaths or articles about them are not always listed in one place, so the whole newspaper must be searched. Have you tried to find Delia in the pre-1905 death records of either county? If not, I can look at those for you. --Sheila P.
