My sister and I tried to sort pictures this weekend and put names to each! I have records of Elizabeth and William Ollason, I have note that they ran a bakery in Monterey. This family bought property in Corralitos outside of Watsonville in Santa Cruz County. I know where the property was bec I was there when I was a child, and live near there now. I have seen the full deed when Elizabeth passed and left it to her 9 children (Yes, 9 children!) Unfortunately, many of the children did not marry (fact), and at this point I only know of 1 true grandchild of Elizabeth, through daughter Mary. Son's name was James Lawrence Eagleson.. but becareful, his father's name was the same, and his son is another Jimmy. Here's my question... My grandmother Dorothy was raised by Mary Ollason Eagleson after the original Mary Ollason Eagleson (who was the cousin of the people mentioned to this point) passed away young. I have alot of info on the 9 children from Elizabeth, but am trying to find or recognize info of the "cousin's" family. The times are correct. I do believe I saw a "Harper" name in pictures too. It appears that we had a photographer in our family, and I think it's William Ollason.. if you see that name any place, he's the youngest boy of the 9 children. My sister and I are going to go the the Steinbeck museum this weekend and see if our photos resemble anything of theirs. Please write to me! - Ginny
