Hi Rebecca, If the Ehrmans were residents of Monterey County, the public record of their will would be filed with the Probate Division of the county court: Probate Division 1200 Aquajito Road Monterey, CA 93940 Telephone: 1-831-647-7730 Since their death was due to a fatal auto accident, you should also be able to get a complete record of the accident from the Monterey County Sheriff department. I would try calling the Records Division at 1-831-755-3722. The county and local residents are still debating the best way to resolve the problem at that intersection. There were a total of four traffic deaths within a three week period this spring at the same location. The "Monterey County Herald" had extensive news coverage of the tragedies.
