Dee: The CAIF is available on microfiche at the Santa Cruz FHC, on Elk Street (take Morrissey exit from 1.) This FHC has a very good collection of California microfilm, including the San Benito County death certificates through 1972 and some of the earliest Monterey County death certificates.
