Hi, Does anyone have information about a Waston family...John Watson, married to, or at least having children with, Josefa Buelna, in the Monterey or Watsonville area. This would be in the 1880's...Jim Watson born about 1881 and John, born a little later, however, not much later since John H. Watson died in 1882. Hi, I'm trying to find any information about Jesus Palomares, son of Concepcion Palomares and Dolores Buelna. Jesus was probably born around 1830-1840, but I'm not sure where. He married Juana Galindo[Bojorques], the widow of Antonio Castro, 13 Dec 1857 at Our Lady of Help Christians Church, Watsonville, CA. In a Santa Barbara Bat the padrino is listed as Concepcion Palomares, from Monterey. From this I'm guessing that this Palomares family lived in or around the Monterey area, then Jesus lived in the Watsonville area when married to Juana Galindo[Bojorques]. Thanks for your help! She died in Gonzales,CA, Jul 1968. Her maiden name is Claybaugh. Her husband's name is Chester Martella,if she was married at all. I know she was living with him at her time of death.
