Stan, I am sorry, but I don't know. I checked the other deeds I have and there are no more with GARRETT on them. This particular property is where the Lake City Post Office now stands according to the assessor's maps. I have found, however, in the probate records of Albert C. STREIG (not transcribed yet), in a listing of accounts receivable for the estate the name M. M. GARRETT (owes) $10.00. Sorry that I can't be more help here. Janece Carter Streig streig3@aol.com
