Looking for any information on G. W. Raines (??) who lives in Fort Bidwell (Siskiyou County at the time) in 1867. He was on the tax rolls and was involved in the Schools there also. I did not see him on the Great Register rolls of 1867 and could not find him on the 1880 census for the western US. I also checked an 1885 Modoc County Directory. Thank you for any assistance.
