They are always several weeks ahead of farmers down here and there is plenty of indication that Tulelake could grow more than hay in future days. 93 Years Ago – 1914 LEE KELLEY, the ice man, informed us that he is now compelled to ship in ice from Truckee, which makes the price some what high on account of the freight rates….S.T. Ballard has move up to Ash Creek where he is in charge of the mill that is supplying all lumber for the new court house….A rush of job work in our printing department has caused us to neglect our news gatherings somewhat this week. I am missing some papers. I believe that the postman delivers them to another address in my area and then they are discarded. I believe this because I am frequently presented other peoples mail and then I must deliver that to the correct address. Hopefully they ight do this for me too, in the future. See you all again next week. Ron Morgan
