Redding Record Searchlight – August 16, 2006 Goldie Hawkins REDDING — Services for Goldie Hawkins, 92, of Redding will be at 10 a.m. Aug. 26 at Allen & Dahl Funeral Chapel in Palo Cedro. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery in Nubieber. The Rev. Jeff Bidwell of Grace Bible Church in Bieber will officiate. Mrs. Hawkins died Sunday, Aug. 13, 2006, at Shasta Healthcare in Redding. She was born May 24, 1914, in Lookout, and in 1981 she moved to Shasta County from Bieber. She was owner and operator of The Country Store in Lookout and a homemaker. Survivors include sons Norman of Adin, Delmer of Bieber, Daren of Redding and Nolan of Palo Cedro; daughter Norene Watkins of Mountain View, Wyo.; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
