Lassen Advocate, Susanville, California 7 January 1927 Old Time Resident of Lassen County in Michigan Thos. F. Wilbur, an old time resident of Lassen County is now located in Michigan. In a letter to the Advocate Mr. Wilbur writes as follows: "Although I have been away from Lassen County for the past 20 years, I still take a keen interest in reading the 'Advocate'. I was at one time a member of the Board of Education of Lassen County having spent several years in her schools and later was Principal of the Alturas schools for a number of years so you see I cannot quite divorce myself from the West."
