Hello, The California Senate Committee on Local Government is undertaking a review of the Public Cemetery District statutes with an eye to reforming the entire law. I will be attending these meetings as an advisor to the Working Group and would like to hear from anyone who has experienced any problems with the way in which some districts may be operating. If you have served on the board of trustees of a public cemetery district and have any suggestions that would assist the districts to function better, please let me know that also.
