December 28, 1930 Dos Palos, Merced Co., CA (Merced County Bee Inspector and Keeper) married: July 12, 1904 Susan E. White b. October 26, 1874 Dos Palos, Merced Co., CA d. December 5, 1994 Merced Co., CA (had worked at the Bank of America in Dos Palos) Ephraim and Martha's other child... Robert C. Thompson b. November 11, 1877 McFarland, Taney Co., MO d. September 23, 1941 Merced Co., CA (says mother's maiden name is Cook on death cert.) The town of McFarland is no longer. According to Ephraim's obit, he also had the following additional grandchildren: Alfred Thompson of Dos Palos Viola Mitchell of Campbell, Santa Clara Co., CA Mrs. Mary Ullom of Wisconsin. Martha's obit says they moved immediately to Missouri in 1868, after their marriage, and moved once more to California in 1900.
