Hi, I am researching the name HARDIMAN for starters. They were orginally from Athlone, Ireland. I have Peter HARGADON/HARDIMAN, b. abt. 1800 married PENELOPE VEASEY 1828, Frenchpark, Co. Westmeath-Roscommon, area. Bridget Veasey was Penelope's mother, Bridget married: MARTIN HIGGINS. 'Children'--- Michael, b. 1838, Thomas b. 1825. Bernard b. 1830, Patrick Higgins, b. (?) Bernard Higgins, married: Margaret McDonald. They came to Chicago, then Dane Co. Wisconsin..and are buried there in Resurrection Cemetery. Martin & the family emigrated March 22, 1851, Liverpool to New York. His property: abt. 1828, Occupied 17 acres in Cartron Ferah. Others in this line: CRUISE, WARD, KILGALLON, CROSBY.
