Many in the family ended up in Merced, Fresno, and Tulare counties. William Richard married Polly Ann Flud (or Flood) of Newton Co. AR. He raised his family (11 kids) in Harrison, Boone Co. AR, and Eufaula, McIntosh Co. OK. He later moved to CA where he died in 1958, in Fresno Co. His son, Haskell "Hack", and his family moved with him, and died in Fresno as well. Haskell's son, Dess Lavon, died in Merced Co. in 1986. William Richard's children were: Oscar S., born 9 Jan 1891 in AR Roy, born 12 Sep 1893 in AR John, born 9 Jan 1895 in AR Town H., born 22 Feb 1897 in AR Myrtle, born Dec 1898 in AR Cairl (Carrol), born 25 Apr 1900 in AR Fred, born 20 Mar 1902 in OK Lassie, born 20 Mar 1908 in OK William, born about 1908 in OK Henry, born about 1909 in OK Haskell, born 12 Oct 1910 in OK To my knowledge, all these are deceased.
