Anker Mortuary on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. Willard Weeks officiating. Burial took place in the family plot at Willits Cemetery. Mr. McWhorter passed away Friday in a Santa Rosa hospital following a three weeks' confinement. He had made his home with a daughter in Santa Rosa for some time after disposing of his ranch on the Fort Bragg road. His wife preceded him in death in 1944. He was a native of Yuba City and was 76 years of age. He is survived by several sons and daughters.
