Barkdoll died yesterday at his home. He was 73. He leaves his wife, Freda, and a step-son, Al Williams, both of Covelo, six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Officiating at services will be Pastor Ernest Toppenberg of Willits Seventh-day Adventist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Anker-Lucier Mortuary, Willits, is in charge of arrangements.
