The bride is one of the well known and popular young ladies of Point Arena, and the groom a business man of this place. The Record extends congratulations and join with their many friends in wishing Mr. and Mrs. Kingren a long and happy life.

J. Peters was the scene of a pretty wedding last Saturday, September 24th, where Miss Emily Agnes Gillmore and Robert Emmett Remstedt, were united in marriage by Judge A. H. Parker. Promptly at high noon, sweet strains of music rendered in a clever manner by Mrs. Ada Hughes announced the wedding march and Effie Gillmore, the little ring bearer, led the wedding party beneath the wedding bell, closely followed by the pretty bride leaning on her father's arm and carrying a beautiful bunch of lillies. Mrs. C. J. Peters, sister of the bride, acted as bridesmaid, with C. J. Peters the best man. The bride was tastefully dressed in a cream colored silk, trimmed in Valenscenes lace with veil and orange blossoms, and she looked charming. The bridesmaid, dressed in dainty white swaijette, trimmed in satin ribbon, looked very sweet and attractive. After the ceremony, relatives and friends were invited into the dining room, where the tables were loaded to breaking with the sumptuous wedding feast. The wedding presents were many and useful. All joined in wishing the happy couple much joy and prosperity. A Guest.

Dunbar and Miss Violet White were joined in the holy bonds of matrimony on Saturday noon, July 24, 1907, Rev. W. Burchett officiating. Willie White acted as the best man and Miss Eunice Craig as bridesmaid. The bride looked charming in a dress of pink organdie trimmed in all overlace and ribbons and wore sweet peas. The bridesmaid was dressed in lavender organdie and wore sweet peas. The home was artistically decorated with evergreens and roses. Only a few friends and relatives were present at the ceremony. After the ceremony all adjourned to the dining room, where a sumptuous wedding dinner was served. The happy couple received many handsome and useful presents. A reception was given at the residence of the groom's sister, Mrs. H. Craig, and dancing was freely indulged in. At a late hour the friends departed for their respective homes, wishing Mr. and Mrs. Dunbar a wedded life of eternal bliss.

The news was a surprise, as Mrs. Dixon had received a letter from her daughter the day before stating that all were well. Mr. Schuler is well known in Point Arena and his friends will regret to learn of his illness. Later - Mr. Schuler died yesterday.

I remember an Arthur Sears when I went to school. This was in grammer school, in the early 1930s. He was about my age, and I was born in 1928. I knew many of the Goforths, the younger ones. My father bought his business, the Covelo Stage Line, from the Goforth Brothers. I don't know their names. My daughter-in-law's mother was a Sutherland. Her father was Daniel, his father was Raymond. My daughter-in law is registered here on The Round Valley Indian Reservation(Covelo,CA) as Wylachi through her grandfather, Daniel. Others in her family are registered on the Table Bluff Reservation(Loyleta,CA) as Wyndot. I am trying to figure if your John Sutherland fits in her family.Most were born in Eureka,CA. or Briceland. Wallingford, of Alburquerque, New Mexico, was found floating in the harbor at Cleone last Friday. The man was a stranger in that place, but was identified by papers found in his coat. As only a few cents in money was found in his pockets it is believed to be a case of suicide.
