    3. Hey gang, here is a link to get to someinfo on Buckeyes (oHIo) who came to the goldfields. http://www.genealogy.org/~smoore/marion/49ers.htm they are mostly from Marion county Oh. But I am thinking, Franklin Oh could very well mean Franklin County, home to Columbus. Harriet, as much research as I do in Ohio, I have seen Barcroft many times..... not in Marion Co., but in Perry, Licking and Fairfield counties.
