Hi All If anyone finds anything on the family of Green Vandegrift I would like to have it. He is the nephew of my Great Great Grandfather Benjamin Wills. I have just found that he came to Ca. Mariposa Co. In the early 1850s and married Martha Jane Scroggins before 1865. They had six children but I have only found the notice of the divorce in 1879. I know he returned to Arkansas and died there. I have found that she remarried to a David Kirkpatrick he died in two months and about seven months she married a Joseph Henwood he was working at the Washington mine, Hornitos.
