John Campbell just wrote to me to remind me that both of the ROGERs are buried in the Mariposa town cemetery per their death certificates. White Rock Rd. is a beautiful drive in the fall. Maybe I can remember where the famous "cross rocks" are on that road. Apparently, they have only been found in this location as well as somewhere in Spain. I remember when I lived down on Ben Hur Road about 20 years ago that a boy scout troop from Madera (I think) had adopted the Pea Ridge Cemetery. They came up once a year to spruce it up. I don't know if they continue to do that.
