Carolyn & List Members - Last week I was able to make an unplanned, unscheduled, spur of the moment trip to Mariposa - I had not been there for about 15 years. What a CHANGE!! I was VERY impressed with the Museum and History Center and I want to THANK Kerry Self Curator/Secretary for bending the rules and accomodating my request to review the ASHWORTH family file. I did not have an appointment and she said she saw the look of complete dismay on my face, when she explained the process. However she did make time for me that afternoon in her busy schedule. And I mean busy!! Thank you again Kerry!!!!!! I just did not have time to make all the personal contacts I wanted to, I would have loved to visit with Carolyn but as everyone knows - - time flys when your having fun!! If I lived in Mariposa, I would volunteer to do the Mariposa Cemetery files kept by Parks & Rec - So - If some one can get me a copy of everything Parks & Rec has on the Mariposa Cemetery (including Bertha Schroders 1957 inventory) I would be willing to do it for the List & Mariposa Web Site.
