    1. [CAMARIPO] Assembly Bill 1368 - California Historic Cemetery Commission
    2. Sue Silver
    3. Hello, The Bill number is correct as AB 1368. I urge anyone interested in seeking preservation of our state's earliest cemeteries to review the bill's language and contact Assemblyman Anthony Pescetti and your own legislative representatives about this bill. It is a bill designed to review conditions and problems and to attempt to assist those who may be trying to preserve and restore these places of rest. Governor Davis vetoed this same language last year and his office again has advised he continues to oppose it. Yet it passed nearly unanimously in both houses last year. I do not believe Davis' vetoe reflected the desire of the people. We need to tell him so.
