Hey, Mel- just posted a new query and the information is that this fellow died at County Hospital-----------Do you have anthing further on him in the hospital ledger= ROCHELLE/ROCHELL William Lawrence ROCHELL, miner, listed in the 1850 Census of Mariposa Co., aged 30 (birth 1820) in Virginia. Died, Jan. 22, 1883 at County Hospital, a native of Va. aged 64 years. Does anyone have information on him, where in Va. did he come from; and was there any other family in Ca. Thanks.
